OrderingPlacing an order with IDentisource is easy. Please create an
account first, to have access to wholesale pricing in several items.
If you are paying by credit card, please enter your order online. We do not take credit card orders by phone, fax, or e-mail.
Payment methods accepted:

Credit Cards: We
accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discover,
including corporate credit cards and U.S. Government Purchase Cards.
- For security reasons,
the order can only be shipped to your verified billing address or verified
alternate address on your credit card account. If you wish to have your
order shipped to an address that is different from the card billing address,
you must add it to the credit card before the order is processed, by
contacting your credit card issuer at their customer service dept (phone
numbers located on the back of your card or on your monthly statement), and
letting them know
that you would like to add an authorized alternate shipping address to your
account. The information will remain on file for future orders.

Bank-to-bank transfers (ACH / WireTransfer):
Our bank details will
be e-mailed to you after placing your order.

Checks and
Money Orders: Due to
the high incidence of counterfeited documents, please allow 20 days for bank
clearance before we can ship your order.
Store currency: US Dollar. For your
convenience, our prices can be displayed in many other currencies.

Shipping
Freight Cost: Calculated based on ship to
address and total weight. Our
Shipping Calculator has
a live link to UPS and the USPS (United States Postal Service) computers,
and provides real-time
shipping costs to buyers all over the world,
before placing an order. Just
add the items to your cart, click "View Cart", and enter your country, state and
zip.
Same day shipping: Orders received after 1:30 p.m. Central Time or over the weekend will be received and begin processing the next business day. Business
days are considered Monday - Friday, except holidays. Shipments are subject to
payment approval.
UPS, FedEx, DHL and US MAil transit times are specified in business days. For example, a UPS Next day order shipped on Friday, will arrive Monday.
For custom products, such as HID cards and readers, please add the lead time to the shipping transit time.

Purchase Orders
P.O.'s from
Government, Educational Institutions and Corporations are welcome, with
NET 15 credit terms. To place a purchase
order, you have two options:
Online: (recommended):
a) Please
register in our web store at
www.identisource.net/wholesale.cfm
b) Add to your shopping cart the items you need.
c) When finished, click "checkout" - shipping cost is automatically calculated.
d) Select "Purchase Order" as payment method - please key your p.o. # on
the provided field
e) An order receipt is e-mailed
f) After shipping your order, we will email you a tracking number and your invoice (we are green-minded - no paper invoices will be mailed)
Offline: E-mail or fax your p.o. to
1-877-668-6798 and we will enter it in our web store for you. Freight will be
added.

Taxes
No
taxes are charged for orders shipped outside of Delaware. Also note that
Delaware doesn't have a sales tax for shipment within state boundaries.

International orders
- We ship worldwide, excepting embargoed countries (see updated list here), and high fraud nations such as
Nigeria, Romania, and Belarus.
- No USA tax is charged. However, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties when the order arrives at your country.
- We ship by US Mail (7-10 days to deliver), UPS, FedEx and DHL (3-4 days)
- Commercial invoices are supplied with order
- International credit
cards from over
140 countries are accepted.
- You can also pay by wire transfer

US Military APO/FPO addresses
We gladly
accept orders for shipment to APO/FPO addresses, via USPS Priority Mail. When
going through checkout, please enter either FPO or APO as your city, and Armed
Forces America (AA), Africa/Canada/Europe/Middle East (AE), or Armed Forces
Pacific (AP), as your state. We also accept government purchase cards and
purchase orders.

Return Policy
- You may return an
unwanted or wrong item, within 30 days of receipt.
- If you find damage, you must inform us within 7 working days of receipt of
goods.
- Product must be unopened, unused and factory sealed.
- Product returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee for shipping
errors or shipping damage.
- HID, AWID and INDALA readers and cards,
custom printed lanyards, colored and matte PVC cards, custom printed badge
reels, and software cannot be returned for any reason.
To return an item, please login to your account and fill our
RMA
request to arrange
for a return material authorization (RMA). You may select a credit, exchange,
replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy
- You may
cancel your order before shipping, your payment will be refunded. If the order
has shipped, standard RMA procedures and restocking fee will apply.
- Please note that most items are in stock and will ship the same day.
- HID, AWID and INDALA orders are non-cancellable after 24 hours of being
placed.

Fraud Protection
We are fraud
smart. To protect our customers and ourselves,
we ship only to the credit card billing address, unless the order comes
from a verifiable institution or company. We do reverse phone and address
checking, and have the tools to locate the city, state and country where the
computer placing the order is located.

Applicable Law: This site

the State of Delaware will govern the terms and conditions for use of the site.
