Description

This is an Identiv 4082 keyfob, programmed with the proprietary Keyscan C15001 36 bit format. For use with Keyscan access control systems only.

Works with Keyscan's K-PROX2, K-KPR, K-VAN readers, and other 125 kHz-compatible readers


Fully compatible with Keyscan part number: PROXKEYIII , HID keyfob part number: 1346LNSBN-A000198.  

Part number for the pack of 50 key fobs: 1346LNSBN-PACK50


Facility code and fixed field are always the same values, please copy off the label of your old box of cards. Below is an example picture.  However, card range must always be different - please make sure not to duplicate the new card numbers with your old card numbers in use.
