Yes! We do not sell used, refurbished or discontinued products. Everything we sell is brand new, current product, with full warranty,

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store I can visit?
Unfortunately not. IDentisource is strictly a mail order business.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, with the exception of embargoed countries like Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria and Sudan; and high fraud nations such as Nigeria, Romania, Indonesia and Belarus.

Do you take credit cards on international orders?
Yes. Credit (and debit) cards are accepted from selected countries. Our web store will offer you this payment option according to your country.
Important: Google Checkout is displaying a message incorrectly stating that we don't ship outside of the USA. This is a technical issue, and we are working on getting it fixed. Please ignore the message and select your country from the drop-down list provided.

When do you charge my card?
Our 3rd. party credit card processors, charge cards at order time.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Please select APO or FPO as city, and AA, AE or AP as the state.  For shipping, USPS Priority Mail is the only option.
