Your prices are so good. Are these items new?
Yes! We do not sell used, refurbished or discontinued products. Everything we sell is brand new, current product, with full warranty.

Why do I have to register to see the discounted prices?
Several manufacturers ask us to advertise their products at MSRP or another set price. This is called MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) pricing. We are required to show discount pricing to registered users only. Please login using the "REGISTER" option at the top right corner, or click here.

Registering will allow you to see discounted prices, place orders, have a wish list and maintain an order history. Your info is kept private under our strict privacy policy.

Do you have a brick-and-mortar store I can visit?
Unfortunately not. IDentisource is strictly a mail order business.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, with the exception of embargoed countries like Cuba, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Syria and Sudan; and high fraud nations such as Nigeria, Romania, Indonesia and Belarus.

Do you take credit cards on international orders?
Yes. Credit (and debit) cards are accepted from selected countries. Our web store will offer you this payment option according to your country.

When do you charge my card?
Our 3rd. party credit card processors, charge cards at order time.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Please select APO or FPO as city, and AA, AE or AP as the state. For shipping, USPS Priority Mail is the only option.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most of the products are in stock, however HID and AWID cards have a lead time up to 2 weeks depending on model. You need to add lead time to the shipping transit time.
Please note UPS and US Mail transit times consider only business (Monday to Friday) and non-holiday days . For example, a UPS 2 day package shipped on Thursday, will arrive the next Monday.
For International shipments:
UPS Worldwide Express: 1-3 Business Days, delivery by 12:00 noon
UPS Worldwide Saver: 1-3 Business Days, delivery by end of day
UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 Business Days, delivery by end of day
USPS EMS (US Mail): 7-10 business days
